Allan Tuara
Allan Tuara lives on the island of Mangaia, the most southerly of the Cook Islands. Estimated at 18 million years old, it is one of the oldest islands in the Pacific. Allan Tuara owns a bakery, works the land as a farmer, is a prized photographer, craftsman and source of knowledge on the history and the stories of this Mauri island in the Pacific.
